As a Technical CRM Consultant, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our team and clients and an effective mentor for other delivery center professionals working alongside you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advice/consulting regarding solutions and approaches to complex use cases;
- The overall architecture of complex solution CRM best practices and product feasibility;
- Be engaged with the IT department of customers for complex use cases;
- Oversight of CRM projects ensures best practices;
- Coaching/mentoring intermediate/junior consultants.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years experience in a leading role in delivering projects including projects involving integration with one or multiple systems
  • IT background and CRM experience (>10K hours of implementation);
  • Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal;
  • One of the below certifications: Sales, Service, Marketing.
