We are searching for a Marketing/PR Manager who will help us building the Talentuch brand.

🎙️ This position is suitable for people who are confident in speaking in front of camera, have fluent English, and are able to communicate with HR audience with minimal prior preparation. We will be working heavily on creating reels, videos, and webinars.

💵 Compensation for this role is $20,000/year - $24,000/year GROSS on a B2B contract.


  1. Become Talentuch face on social media. You will be online and visible! You will appear on our social media speaking and presenting by posting regular reels (short videos), on average 3 per week. Content on Recruitment/HR topics that engage our target audience, HR Directors of IT companies. Linkedin is our primary tool, and we will focus there.
  2. Engage Linkedin audience to the desired call-to-action (subscribe, download, attend, book a call) to drive incoming leads for marketing.
  3. Establish media partnerships, handle press contacts, prepare materials, monitor publications, and manage external communication.
  4. Ensure the brand’s representation in specialized publications (IT recruitment, IT HR, Global Recruitment, IT entrepreneurship).
  5. Manage and upkeep the corporate blog and the company’s social media presence.
  6. Craft articles and press releases, and distribute them across platforms. You will have copywriters to assist when needed.
  7. Identify, select, and de-brief speakers for webinars.
  8. Host remote webinars, including event introductions, facilitation of Q&A sessions/polls, desired call-to-action, and speaker support.
  9. Coordinate webinar communications and reminders.
  10. Analyze results of placement and marketing activities, including coverage and partner acquisition.

  • Previous experience in hosting and conducting webinars.
  • Confident public speaking skills for introducing online events to audiences.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a PR Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar public-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Writing skills to create articles, press-releases and marketing materials without the support of copywriters would be a great plus. You will write your texts yourself.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
