The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and end-users to gather and analyze requirements for the development of MS D365 CE solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality customizations, configurations, and integrations using MS D365 CE.
Customize and extend MS D365 CE functionality by leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system design, development, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS D365 CE implementation, customizations, and integrations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an MS D365 CE Developer.
Strong knowledge and experience in customizing, configuring, and developing MS D365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Proficient in using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for customization and extension of MS D365 CE.
Experience with integrating MS D365 CE with other systems using technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Web API, or other middleware.
