Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Creatio Technical Support. You will be primarily responsible for the technical support of the project with the smooth transition to the Technical Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Work
on the tickets.
- Deploy
in a development environment.
- Inform
the customer that the solution is ready for testing in developing.
- Get
feedback from the customer regarding the ticket.
- Deployment
in production.
- Configuration
and implementation
Qualifications
- Creatio CRM
experience and certification.
- Proficiency in
the office suite.
- Working
knowledge with virtualization technologies.
- Working
knowledge with AWS, Azure.
- Experience
with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration
technologies.
- Experience
with source code management software such as git, SVN.
- Programming
background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP.
- SQL knowledge
(MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres).
- Experience
with Jira.
