Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Creatio Technical Support. You will be primarily responsible for the technical support of the project with the smooth transition to the Technical Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the tickets.
  • Deploy in a development environment.
  • Inform the customer that the solution is ready for testing in developing.
  • Get feedback from the customer regarding the ticket.
  • Deployment in production.
  • Configuration and implementation

Qualifications

  • Creatio CRM experience and certification.
  • Proficiency in the office suite.
  • Working knowledge with virtualization technologies.
  • Working knowledge with AWS, Azure.
  • Experience with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration technologies.
  • Experience with source code management software such as git, SVN.
  • Programming background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP.
  • SQL knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres).
  • Experience with Jira.
