Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Creatio Technical Consultant. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting, building solutions on the Creatio platform, and consulting with clients. Additionally, the Technical Consultant should be able to use their analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice/consulting regarding solutions and approach to complex use cases
  • Overall architecture of complex solution CRM best practices and product feasibility
  • Engage with the IT department of customers for complex use cases
  • Coaching/mentoring intermediate/junior consultants
  • Oversight of CRM projects to ensure best practices

Qualifications

  • Development experience on Creatio platform
  • Experience in consulting with clients on CRM implementations
  • Technical support skills for maintaining and improving systems functionality
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certification in Creatio or related CRM platform
