Job Overview
You'll be a critical member of the sales team. We are a rapidly growing, innovative telecommunications solution provider. We service Fortune 1000 customers by designing, building, and managing their global, Wide Area Networks. You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers and their orders. You'll work closely with CSMs, Customers, Sales, Partners, Provisioning, Billing, and Operations to ensure Customer orders are processed in a timely manner for a speedy, accurate, and smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with internal employees, vendors, and partners.
- Create fans of our customers.
- Take ownership of customer orders and work directly with the customer, partner, salesperson, vendors, and provisioning to analyze orders, create clean orders, and ensure a smooth transition to provisioning.
- Data entry of ordered services into the Orchestra billing portal as defined in order workbooks or templates and submitted within defined SLA’s.
- Ensuring supporting order documentation meets completion requirements to successfully process orders.
- Take ownership of the customer experience from customer signature through ordering and order submission.
- Key Internal Partners: Sales, Customer Success Managers, Provisioning, client engineering, finance.
Qualifications
- A strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail and project-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a get the job done attitude is a plus.
- Business-to-business experience with Fortune 1000 customers is nice to have.
- Highly proficient with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups required), Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Telecom experience is a plus.
