We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join a Canadian company that specialises in customer relationship management implementations to business needs. Since 2001, they have been implementing CRM in companies of all sizes and industries, whether they are in Montreal, Quebec, or elsewhere in Canada or in North America.
Location: Montreal (hybrid).
Languages: English is a must, French is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog;
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams;
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy;
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals;
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities;
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions;
- Ownership of IP products built for the marketplace;
- Build pricing strategy with the sales team for the products;
- Build a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketing;
- Manage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of product lifecycle;
- Provide support to existing customers on the product needs;
- Build a product roadmap for the products.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in product development, product management or business analysis, especially in Finance, Credit Union industries;
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for product development;
- Experience in customer experience/CRM implementation;
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions;
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders;
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline;
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology.
