Now, they are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team in the role of Finance Clerk.

Main duties

  • Responsible for the preparation and posting of data in the financial system.
  • Processing monthly payments.
  • Processing monthly reconciliations.
  • Processing of software licenses.
  • Deal with any internal queries regarding finance matters.
  • Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in English. Maltese is the nice-to-have.
  • Conversant in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Be organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Having the right attitude, being able to work within a team and liaise with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum “O” Level in Accounts. Possessing an “A” Level in Accounts would be considered as an asset.
