Experience/Requirements

  • 2+ Years of advanced experience at Manager Service Providers.
  • Good communicator in English.
  • Great troubleshooting skills.
  • Organized & Consistent.
  • Team Player.
  • Process-driven individual.
  • Very proficient in Azure, O365, PowerShell, Windows Server & Desktop, SonicWALL, or other firewalls.

Duties

  • Handle technical escalations.
  • Ability to work under stressful circumstances and deadline pressure.
  • Explore new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across individuals, departments, and external parties.
  • Ability to collaborate across members of the same team and cross-functional teams alike.
  • Plans and directs projects to meet customer requirements by facilitating requirements gathering processes, defining project scope and goals, setting clear expectations, resource requirements, and risk mitigation plans, and managing project team members.
