The company is looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to join their team. If you have some experience in the news or media industry and love creating content, this could be a great fit for you.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience in the news or media industry.
• Familiar with social media management tools and analytics.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Ability to create and edit simple videos for social media use.
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
• Communication skills and ability to write compelling copy.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and more.
  
• Create and run social media strategies to boost engagement and followers.
  
• Create eye-catching graphics and simple videos to enhance social media posts.
  
• Monitor social media trends, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
• Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to build a community.
  
• Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to align content with the brand’s voice and goals.
  
• Assist with ad hoc social media tasks for other projects and industries as needed.
  
• Track social media performance and help prepare reports.
