Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT systems and networks using specialized monitoring tools.

• Resolve first-level issues and escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate teams.

• Perform routine maintenance of systems and applications.

• Document incidents and resolutions.

• Task planning

• Follow-up, update, and write technical procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in IT operations, with a good understanding of operating systems, networks, and

applications.

• Ability to use monitoring and incident management tools.

• Analytical skills and responsiveness

• Knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows tools.

• Spoken French

• Knowledge of ITIL principles and certification will be advantageous.
