We are seeking a Casino Manager to join our rapidly growing company in Malta. In this role, you will support the Head of Casino in overseeing all aspects of the casino vertical, including game launches, lobby management, and performance analysis. The role involves managing relationships with third-party suppliers, assisting in commercial performance analysis, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the casino vertical including game launches, lobby management, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers within the casino vertical, liaising with game providers on deals, promotions, and new or exclusive game releases.
  • Assist the Head of Casino with commercial performance analysis.
  • Partner with the Head of Casino to create a detailed product plan focused on improving the product and platform.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Remain updated on regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with new market and license requirements.
  • Manage game technical issues and handle tickets escalated from Customer Support regarding front-end and game-related issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in online casino management;
  • Extensive knowledge of casino games and providers;
  • Strong understanding of casino operations, player behavior, and game providers;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • A proactive approach with keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
