About the company:

The company is a remote-first DevOps Consulting Company distributed throughout the world. Their mission is to rescue startups worldwide from their atrocious infrastructure MVPs and allow them to scale without hassle.

Role Description:

To support them on this mission, they are on the lookout for an Appointment Setter. Since we're distributed, you'll get to work from anywhere. However, since most of our clients come from central Europe, you should be at least close to CET.

Salary Compensation:

  • Fixed salary of €600 - €800 + 4% commission on the revenue generated from your leads.
  • 1 close per week €9k = €1.440 commission per month (+ €600 - €800 fixed salary).
  • 2 closes per week = €2.880 commission per month (+ €600 - €800 fixed salary).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage the company DM framework to engage in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and invite them to book a call with us.
  • Identify & connect to new leads as well as through your and our LinkedIn profile (we get around 5 - 20 new connections daily).
  • Qualify leads, sifting out those who aren't a good fit.
  • Follow up with those who’ve gone quiet.
  • Book as many calls with qualified leads as you can, let us do the closing.

Skill Requirements:

  • English and German are a must.
  • Full-time commitment.
  • Long-term commitment (it'll take some time for us to train you to a level where you can earn well).
  • Experience in appointment setting via DM is a must.
